Constitutional day
Mount Tabor Training College, Pathanapuram observed the constitution day on 26th November 2019. The program started off with a prayer. Priya (I B.Ed Natural Science) gave a brief description about the significance of the day. The program also included a quiz session by Meera(I B.Ed Natural Science). Asha Devi ( I B.Ed English) read the preamble and the students recitated after her.
Transgender awareness programme
A transgender awareness program under the social justice department was conducted on 19 November 2019 at Mount Tabor Training College. The program began at 2:30pm.
Principal Dr. Rosamma Philip, Sri. S.N Mohan Kumar, Sri. Aloysius and Smt. Isha made their place on the dais.
College union general secretary, Aji Mathew welcomed the gathering. Sri. S.N Mohan Kumar gave a brief introduction which was followed by a transgender awareness class by Sri. Aloysius. The class covered several topics which included- What/who is transgender, critical information on transgender, their key problems and emotional and social challenges as well as the various transgender policies. The class was indeed informative.
After the class Smt.Isha, a transgender herself lead an interactive talk session which gave the audience a platform to raise their doubts and queries.
There was also a quiz session. College union vice chairperson Aleena Sara Elias delivered the vote of thanks. The program got over by 4:00pm.

College Store Inaguration
On behalf of the request of the students, college arranged a small store at the backside of the general hall. The store was inagurated by Roy achen. The first purchase was done by principal followed by Roy achen. The profit of the store is collected and will be handed over to the charity purpose.
